This one is done by Miriam Farrington but I found them here as I'm determined to find a stylish but practical solution to many of my female friends who complain about not being able to wear longer dresses or skirts on a bike. Any suggestions out there?

ReplyDeleteA dress guard, crocheted, knitted, plastic or leather is a fantastic solution. I cycle with a Monte Grappa leatherette dress guard on my Union Safari, v. easy to put on and take off the bike if necessary and to clean it I simply wipe it with a wet cloth. Here's the bike:

Wow! I'm so inspired by your dress guards! Very creative. I've got some plans for knitting some bike accessories in the future - maybe we could combine patterns, resources and inspirations?
